Directly: Finally, I collect personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address,  and telephone number directly, when you fill out the “Contact”

(https://crackthebookstutoring.com/latest/) on this website. When making a sale, I will typically ask for your credit card information, including your name as it appears on your credit card, your credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing ZIP code.

PROTECTION OF INFORMATION  

Crack the Books Tutoring takes commercially reasonable steps in order to protect users’ information. Personal information such as your name, e-mail address, and phone number will be stored only on secure, password-protected networks and platforms, to which a limited number of persons have access. Credit card information and payment history will typically be stored  through Square, a top-rated merchant account provider which encrypts all of its data and  complies with Payment Card Industry (P.C.I.) standards: https://squareup.com/us/en/security

THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE 

I do not sell or trade users’ information to any third party. I do not share users’ information with third parties unless you give me verbal or written permission to do so, or unless I notify you in advance. 

Be advised that this provision of this Policy does not extend to our website hosting partners or other partners who assist me in delivering my products and services to you, provided that these partners also agree to keep your information confidential. In addition, I may release your information when I believe that doing so is necessary to comply with the law, enforce this or other policies of Crack the Books Tutoring, or protect anyone’s health or safety.

In conformity with the Act, I have labeled and posted this Privacy Policy online;  described when and how I collect and use your information; and described the process for revising this Policy (see “Policy Changes” below).

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (COPPA) 

This website and its affiliated social-media pages are not directed at children under the age of  13. 

I do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 in the absence of written parental consent. If the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 believes that their child has provided me with information without the parent or guardian’s written consent, they should contact me immediately at support@crackthebookstutoring.com, and I will take all commercially reasonable steps to delete the information.
